5 days ago Great content. Being Vegan…i have always loaded up on B12 and B vitamins. Recent gym incident caused a bulging disc with sciatica. I have added the omega 3, MSM, Devil’s Claw. Terry Naturally Curcumin (Tumuric) partial Lion Mane…pain has subsided quickly.
