Who is in charge of my wellness? The simple answer is, of course, I am. We need to remember that the the simple answer isn’t necessarily the easy answer. Our bodies are designed to heal themselves and they want to heal themselves, but they are also designed to compensate. This compensation allows us to store various traumas in the body. The traumas can be of a physical, emotional, mental or spiritual nature and can be held in almost any part of the body. If we cannot release the trauma ourselves, we need to find a therapist to help us. Working together to find and release body held issues can help us move along our individual path to wellness. Sometimes the steps will be small and sometimes giant leaps but the important thing is that we are moving toward our own wellness. We hope you are happy and healthy. See you soon.
